Bangladeshi Ovhibashi Mohila Sramik Association (BOMSA) aims to unite and protect the welfare of female migrants of Bangladesh. Founded and operated by female migrant workers, BOMSA has been working with internal and external women migrants since 1998 to ensure the protection of migrants rights. At the same time it was the only voice for female migrants in Bangladesh. BOMSA is operational in 11 districts. Our work continues to shape the life of many women, who battle against the odds of foreign by offering both pre and post departure support and trining.
